2005 Syrah - Paso Robles

If you know your Syrah’s you’ll know immediately our 2005 Syrah comes from Paso Robles. With a deep ruby red color which suggests the concentration typical of the varietal, it also displays opulent flavors of ripe blueberry and black cherry that are slightly accented with hints of sweet vanilla oak and white pepper. Hand harvested from a small family vineyard on the east side of Paso Robles, this vintage is wonderful now and we believe it will age gracefully to be enjoyed over the years.

Barrel aged 23 months in American Oak. pH 3.60, alc 13.9%, 247 cases produced.
