2005 Merlot
From Paso Robles our 2005 vintage reflects the typical characteristics of a medium body wine with hints of berry, plum, and currant. Merlot, being a Cabernet Sauvignon cousin, has many of the same virtues yet is not as conducive to aging. So enjoy this Merlot now.
Barrel aged 23 months in American Oak. pH 3.60, alc 13.2%, 294 cases produced.
